Legendary is actively developed. This page reflects current priorities — not commitments, but directions.
Recently Shipped¶
These systems are live and playable today:
- Hunting League — 5-tier NM progression system (Initiate through Legend), spawner NPC, Hunt Marks economy
- Dungeon System — 4 dungeons with Normal, Hard, and Mythic tiers; affix modifiers, phase bosses, and Infamy rewards
- Reforge System — AF, Relic, and Empyrean armor upgrade ladders (base → +1 → +2 → +3) across 22 jobs
- Wave Master Arena — 4 difficulty tiers, Hunt Mark rewards, wave-based combat encounters
- Weekly Hunt Board — 15 rotating objectives that reset each week
- Daily Board — 3 daily objectives (NM kills, dungeon clears, Infamy earned) with a 1,000-mark sweep bonus for clearing all three
- Augment System — 110+ augments available via catalyst trade; strongest-version-only policy enforced with regular audit passes
- Achievement System — 11 personal milestones with Hunt Mark rewards
- Weekly Featured Hunt — one NM per tier highlighted each ISO week; first kill awards 2× marks
- HNM Kings System — Fafnir, Nidhogg, Behemoth, King Behemoth, Adamantoise, and Aspidochelone
- Hunter's Guild — 4 parallel guilds with Hunt Mark amplifiers for members
- Discord Integration — automatic announcements for rank-ups, dungeon clears, achievements, and server firsts
- Prestige / Ascension System — per-job endgame layer above Legend tier; re-clear Legend NMs to earn Ascension Points and spend them on permanent stacking stat boosts
In Progress / Coming Soon¶
These are actively being designed or built:
- Seasonal Events — double-marks weekends, holiday-themed content windows
- Expanded HNM Roster — lower-tier kings with faster respawn for more accessible farming
- Per-Job Best-in-Slot Guidance — in-game and doc-site gear recommendations per job
- More Dungeon Content — additional dungeon themes and layouts beyond the current four
- Expanded Gil Sink Ecosystem — warp vendor and further gil-to-reward conversion options
On the Radar¶
Further-out ideas being considered, not yet committed to:
- Custom NM Storyline and Lore — narrative context for the Hunting League and endgame NMs
- Alliance-Scale Content — 6–18 player encounters beyond the current solo/party model
- Party-Matching Improvements — in-game or Discord-linked tools to find groups for hard content
Never¶
Things this server will not become:
- Pay-to-win or any form of premium currency that affects gameplay
- Permanent wipes — character progression is safe
- Removal of existing custom progression systems — content goes forward, not backward
